Banking sector is going through a dramatic change in view of expansion, rural inclusion, use of technology and varied range of new products and services.

Banking Principles, Products and Operations is a basic comprehensive program designed to familiarize the students aspiring to move into banking sector and new employees of the banks, with all the products and services offered by a bank. It also gives emphasis on how these products and services and delivered in view of prevailing legal, regulatory and technological framework.


The main objective of this program is to make learner understand and capable of addressing the day to day banking requirement of a customer. The program aims at making learners capable of providing end to end solution to varied needs & customer requirements by use of sound knowledge about products & processes, applicable technology and legal & regulatory framework.


Learners are able to:

  • Handle customers with respect to any banking service requirements at branch level.
  • Able to advice customers with appropriate product and service
  • Provide end to end solutions depending upon the category of customer
