  • Fresh Graduates with no Experience Required.
  • Qualification-Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream preferably with Psychology/HRM as one of the Subjects.

Stipend –For Graduates-8000 per Month and for Post Graduates-12000 per Month + Performance Linked Variable Incentives –Duration 6 Months.

Career Progression-On Completion of Internship deserving Candidate may be hired at CTC of 3 Lacks Per Annum +Performance Linked Variable Incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & as per set budgets and determine selection criteria
  • Source profiles using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline such as Recruitment Consultants, Job portals, Employee referrals, References, social media, Campus recruitment, etc.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Effectively negotiate with the selected candidates to close positions.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Providing periodic reports to the Hiring Managers / Reporting Manager.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Any other duty assigned by reporting manager.

Job Description

  • To set up and manage Direct / DSA Sales Team in respective locations.
  • Achievement of Business Targets & financials Targets for given territory of Unsecured Loans and any other Product/assigned responsibility that the company may enter into.
  • Overlooking Day to day target achievement for team
  • Team Handling – Managing a team of CMs (Cluster Managers – direct reportee) and SM, ROs (Sales Managers, Relationship officers – indirect reportee)
  • Relationship Management – with internal & external stakeholders, including Product, Operations, Credit, DSAs, direct team, digital Aggregators etc.
  • Field level micro-management of sales team activities., & drive the high performance culture.
  • Maintaining the Basic SOP (policies / Processes) & Hygiene, laid down by the company.
  • Controlling the FEMI, SEMI, TEMI of each loan and engaging collection team to controlling delinquency for the assigned territory.
  • To develop special products & programs based on market requirements in close co-ordination with Product Team
  • To identify process gaps and suggest process changes & enablers
  • To ensure TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience
  • Presentation to Senior Management on location performance & way ahead.
  • Ensure that all the cases are First Time Right.
  • To specifically educate the customer not to bounce his EMIs
  • To ensure integrity of the team.
  • On-boarding and training on new sales team members.

Key Skills

At least 12-15 + years +. Direct / DSA Selling Experience is preferable for Unsecured Loans Team handling experience of 5-6 yrs.
