Refund Eligibility
After purchasing a course, you will receive a confirmation call from our team to verify your enrollment.
If you choose not to proceed with the course during the confirmation call, your payment will be refunded within 2 working days after deducting an administrative fee of ₹500.
If you confirm your enrollment during the confirmation call and your course activation details have been sent, no refund will be processed.
Important Notes
The administrative fee of ₹500 is non-refundable and is deducted from your payment to cover processing and handling costs.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund processing timelines depend on your payment provider or bank but generally reflect within 2 working days after approval.
Once course access has been activated, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
