SkillLabs Resource Services successfully conducted an Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) on 24 February 2026 at the Pre-Incubation Center, Govt. Degree College Khad (Una), Himachal Pradesh. The session was organized to create entrepreneurial awareness among students and encourage them to explore innovation-driven career pathways beyond traditional employment.

The interactive session focused on introducing students to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, beginning with how to identify real-world problems and convert them into viable business opportunities. Students were guided on the process of validating business ideas, understanding target markets, developing sustainable business models, and scaling ventures strategically. Practical insights were shared on how small ideas, when structured properly, can evolve into impactful enterprises.

Special emphasis was placed on business growth strategies, including financial planning, operational management, branding, and expanding market reach. The session also highlighted the importance of building a strong digital presence in today’s competitive ecosystem. Students were sensitized about leveraging digital platforms, social media marketing, online branding, and digital tools to enhance visibility and accelerate business growth.

The discussion was highly engaging, with students actively participating and raising queries related to startup challenges, funding, execution, and risk management. The session aimed to instill an entrepreneurial mindset, encouraging students to become solution creators rather than job seekers.

Through initiatives like the EDP at Govt. Degree College Khad (Una), SkillLabs continues to strengthen the culture of innovation, promote youth-led enterprise development, and contribute toward building a self-reliant entrepreneurial ecosystem aligned with national development goals.
