SkillLabs Resource Services facilitated a Vendor Development Programme (VDP) on 11 September 2026 in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, under the Raising and Accelerating MSMEs Performance (RAMP) Scheme, in collaboration with the District Industries Centre (DIC), Solan, and the Department of Industries, Government of Himachal Pradesh.

The programme brought together 50+ MSMEs, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), government representatives, and financial institutions to strengthen industrial linkages and create new business opportunities for local enterprises.

The event focused on helping MSMEs become vendor-ready and better positioned to participate in established supply chains. Key discussions covered access to growth-oriented financing and government support schemes, quality standards and compliance requirements, market readiness, OEM vendor development and empanelment processes, and direct buyer–seller interactions.

The programme provided a platform for participating enterprises to explore procurement opportunities, establish valuable industry connections, and understand the requirements for supplying products and services to larger organisations. It also highlighted the importance of strengthening manufacturing capabilities, improving business processes, and building sustainable partnerships between MSMEs and large industries.

Through initiatives under the RAMP Scheme, SkillLabs Resource Services continues to support the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs by facilitating market access, promoting business collaboration, and connecting local enterprises with larger industrial opportunities.
