Under the Raising & Accelerating MSMEs Performance (RAMP) Programme, an Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) was conducted by SkillLabs on 27 February 2026 at Panchayat Ghar, Dharampur, Himachal Pradesh.

The session witnessed active participation from 20 women entrepreneurs belonging to Amrit Cluster Level Federation (CLF). The CLF members are primarily engaged in manufacturing eco-friendly products made from Pine Needles, contributing to sustainable livelihood generation and environmental conservation. They are also associated with the Himalayan Pine Crest Women Cooperative Society Ltd., strengthening collective enterprise development in the region.

The workshop focused on enhancing entrepreneurial capacity, improving product positioning, and identifying growth opportunities within the MSME ecosystem. Participants were guided on business formalization, branding strategies, packaging improvements, market linkage development, and leveraging government-backed schemes under RAMP for scaling their enterprises.

The presence of Ms. Khushi, Secretary of the Himalayan Pine Crest Women Cooperative Society Ltd., added valuable institutional perspective to the discussion, reinforcing collaborative efforts toward strengthening women-led enterprises.

The interactive session encouraged open dialogue regarding operational challenges, raw material management, pricing strategies, and expanding market access. Emphasis was placed on structured planning, compliance, and collective branding to transform small-scale production units into sustainable and market-ready enterprises.

The enthusiastic engagement of the women entrepreneurs reflected strong commitment toward self-reliance and enterprise-driven economic empowerment. Through such RAMP initiatives, SkillLabs continues to support cluster-level federations, promote eco-friendly enterprises, and strengthen rural MSME ecosystems aligned with national development objectives.
